This copolymer is in compliance with FDA-approved Food Contact Notification (FCN) No. 342. Specifically, Aegis® H155C1ZP is intended for use as a component of films applied in contact with all food types under Conditions of Use A through H, as described in Tables 1 and 2, respectively, of 21 CFR 176.170(c). Aegis® H155C1ZP is also suitable for use as a component of a food packaging according to the European Plastic Regulations (EC) No. 10/2011, amended in 2018 to No. 2018/79.
