AFCONA - 2592

Defoamers Silicone containing defoamer in emulsion form for water-based system AFCONA – 2592 can be used in high shear force process, and will not influence the property of performance. It also can be easily moved to the surface and destroy the surface airbubbles in high viscosity systems. Especially suit for airless spray and roller to destroy small blister. AFCONA – 2592 is recommended for below systems: 1) All water-based industrial paints. 2) Water-based inks. 3) Water-based pigment concentrates.Addition and dosage 0.1 – 2.0% on total formulation. In general at normal condition, the dosage is 0.2 – 1.0%. formulation with pigment, the dosage is 0.3- 0.8%. Incorporation AFCONA-2592 should be mixed at the beginning of the production/application into the system. If added at the end process, high shear force dispersing is needed. Storage AFCONA-2592 should be stored in a cool and dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up for 2 years from the date of manufacture.
