AFCONA – 6960

AFCONA – 6960 is a micronized PTFE wax for all types of paint, ink and plastic surface modifier.

Waxes Modified PTFE micronized wax It has below properties and performances • Increase surface slip • Provide anti-blocking and anti-scratch • Hydrophobicity • Gives better transparency to wet paint and final coating comparing to other PTFE waxes that available in the market. • Easy disperse to the systems AFCO NA – 6960 are recommended for below systems: 1)Coil and can coating 2)Wood coating 3)All type of Printing ink 4)UV coatingAddition and dosage 0.3 - 5.0% based on total formulation Incorporation AFCONA-6960 should be added at any stage of the production preferable after mix stage with high speed mixing procedure. Storage AFCONA-6960 should be stored in a cool dry place where the room temperature is not more than 60°C(140°F). When kept in an original unopened bag, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the label.
