Dimethylamino-2-Propanol
Dimethylamino-2-propanol (DMA 2P) is available as a colorless liquid with an ammoniacal odor. DMA 2P has the lowest boiling point of any available alkanolamine.
DMA 2P is used as neutralizing agent in both cooling and boiler water. This product has the lowest boiling point of any available alkanolamine, it tends to be used where a significant presence of amine in the gas phase is required.
DMA 2P is also used as a precursor in the pharmaceutical industry.
